Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer and COR, managing client satisfaction and strategic program health
- Lead a technical delivery team of 17 personnel, overseeing daily production reporting, data validation, and website operations
- Ensure compliance with rigorous reporting deadlines and maintain operational awareness across multiple simultaneous workstreams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of federal program, engagement, or delivery management experience
- Expertise in data analytics, statistical reporting, and web support within federal frameworks
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL
- Experience with federal contracting parameters and compliance landscapes
- Ability to maintain flexible management coverage for a seven-day-per-week production cycle
