Enterprise Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and hands-on Agentic Enterprise Engineer, the full-time remote position will design and build intelligent workflows to enhance business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation needs and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support discovery sessions with business process owners to identify and scope automation opportunities
• Design and implement agentic automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and tools
• Drive documentation, training, and change management for successful handover of solutions to business teams

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise back-end systems
• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process automation, or systems integration
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern agentic AI automation in production environments
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot Agents, including Agent Foundry and Copilot Studio
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft M365 suite, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Lake services
