Enterprise Engineer
Job Summary
To support the operational needs of HCMC applications, the full-time Enterprise Engineer Intermediate will manage the complete lifecycle of medium to large applications, provide technical support, and serve as a liaison with operational owners while primarily working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of supported applications, including implementations, maintenance, upgrades, and retirements
- Provide first/second tier support and troubleshooting for functional, analytical, and technical support tickets
- Analyze error logs and evaluate configuration components while maintaining Citrix published applications
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
- Three years of relevant experience or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of basic security best practices, including firewall rules and credential management
- Ability to translate technical terminology to non-technical team members
- Experience with HL7 message formatting and evaluation
