Enterprise Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Enterprise Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and mentor the founding members of the Enterprise Engineering team
• Design and own the shared services architecture and establish engineering standards
• Define the Enterprise Engineering roadmap and ensure quality delivery of shared services

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Deep expertise in .NET/C# and SQL Server, with knowledge of RESTful API design
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native services in Microsoft Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated success in hiring and retaining engineering talent in a collaborative environment
