Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Account Director, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, achieving subscription revenue targets
  • Drive renewals and upsells using a consultative, value-based sales approach
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities across the account base
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in an enterprise environment
  • Experience selling martech, revtech, SaaS, or data solutions to Director, VP, and C-level executives
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience developing and executing account expansion strategies across large enterprises
  • Highly self-motivated and accountable with a customer-first mindset
