Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Account Director, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, achieving subscription revenue targets
- Drive renewals and upsells using a consultative, value-based sales approach
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities across the account base
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in an enterprise environment
- Experience selling martech, revtech, SaaS, or data solutions to Director, VP, and C-level executives
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing account expansion strategies across large enterprises
- Highly self-motivated and accountable with a customer-first mindset
