Job Summary
Driving growth across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Growth Account Director will manage complex sales cycles, develop account strategies, and build relationships with executive stakeholders to expand the use of Demandbase's AI-powered platform.
Key responsibilities
- Drive growth through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within enterprise customers
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to identify whitespace across business units and product lines
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales, preferably with existing enterprise customers
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in categories such as Customer Data Platforms, Sales Intelligence, and Marketing Technology
- Proven success in navigating enterprise buying committees and building relationships with executive stakeholders
- Ability to engage in technical discussions around customer data, APIs, and integrations
- Experience leveraging AI tools for account planning and sales productivity
