Job Summary
Targeting high-value fleet accounts, the full-time remote Enterprise Growth Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales, build relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with a dedicated Account Development Rep to achieve substantial annual recurring revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the full-cycle sales process for assigned territory, focusing on strategic outbound efforts and executive-level closures
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and operational leaders to drive deals forward
- Collaborate with marketing and the Account Development Rep to execute sales plans and accurately forecast pipeline data
Required qualifications
- Several years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in new business
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at the $100K+ ARR level
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with a proactive approach to building pipeline
- Ability to sell to operations, safety, and executive buyers using a consultative, value-based approach
- Disciplined habits in pipeline management and forecasting
