Enterprise Imaging Analyst
Job Summary
Providing high-level support for mid-complexity projects, the full-time remote Enterprise Imaging Analyst will manage EHR application maintenance, lead initiatives with staff, and develop educational programs for end users.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between customers and support staff to resolve issues related to EHR applications
- Plan and implement technology learning programs while assessing user competence
- Develop a breadth of knowledge across assigned applications to support project initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience; or an Associate's degree with 4 years of experience; or 6 years of relevant experience
- Preferred certification in Epic applications
- Experience with Radiant, Cupid, and PACS is preferred
