Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of IoT technology to large-scale customers, ensuring quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, participation, and account health
• Run training sessions and demonstrate technology to various stakeholders, ensuring successful customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
• Experience supporting or working with technical products
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Solutions-oriented with strong project management skills
