Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the deployment of IoT solutions for large-scale customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Consultant will ensure successful adoption and utilization of the technology while building strong customer relationships across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology, enabling customers to achieve quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
• Run training sessions and work through obstacles with both executives and day-to-day users of the system

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
• Experience supporting or working with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
