Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Enterprise Implementation Consultant will manage client implementations of PAR OPS, leveraging hospitality industry expertise to gather requirements, configure software solutions, train end-users, and deliver tailored implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to analyze and understand existing operational procedures and configure solutions accordingly
- Serve as the subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle, effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Document project status and completion, providing Level II support and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues
Required qualifications
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience with the PAR OPS platform preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in the restaurant technology industry preferred
- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Proven track record in customer multi-unit implementations
