Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the deployment of IoT solutions for enterprise customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Consultant will ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value from Samsara's technology while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, ensuring quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
• Conduct training sessions and demonstrate technology to various stakeholders, enhancing customer relationships

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
• Experience supporting or working with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
