Enterprise Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
To ensure successful and rapid product launches for enterprise customers, the full-time Enterprise Implementation Consultant will lead API onboarding, manage post-sale relationships, and advocate for customer needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end API onboarding and implementation for new customers, guiding technical teams through setup, testing, and go-live
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for strategic enterprise accounts, managing cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams
- Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and ensure customers realize measurable value from the platform
Required qualifications
- Management consulting experience in insurance, automotive, or real estate
- Proven success managing large or strategic enterprise accounts with complex integration needs
- Strong technical acumen with troubleshooting capabilities related to APIs, data integrations, and authentication workflows
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions
- Understanding of UX principles, workflow optimization, and data security protocols
