Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

Managing the deployment of IoT solutions for Enterprise customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Consultant will ensure successful adoption and ongoing value from the technology while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer relationships and drive product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the deployment of Samsara technology to Enterprise customers, ensuring quick time to value
• Create launch plans and track implementation progress, product adoption, and account health
• Adapt implementation approaches and training based on varied customer use cases and stakeholder needs

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, with Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
• Experience supporting or working with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
• Proven track record of building trust and effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
• Strong priority management skills and high emotional intelligence
