Enterprise Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of mid-market and enterprise implementations, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Manager will oversee project management from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with clients while adapting to complex technical requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accountability across 15-20 concurrent implementations, addressing deadlines and blockers with urgency
• Lead project management activities, tracking milestones, managing risks, and aligning internal and external teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing strategic guidance and ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team post-implementation

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years leading large-scale B2B SaaS implementations, ideally in HR/recruiting tech
• Experience managing 10+ concurrent implementations with a focus on complexity and customer coordination
• Technical proficiency in reading API documentation and troubleshooting basic integration issues
• Proven ability to work with global customers and cross-functional teams
• Comfortable in startup environments with evolving processes and ambiguity
