Enterprise Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Implementation Consultants, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Manager will oversee the deployment of Samsara's connected operations platform for large enterprise accounts, focusing on performance management, stakeholder relationships, and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team performance and deliver results across team KPIs and organizational OKRs
- Own executive-level stakeholder relationships and lead escalation resolution for high-value accounts
- Coach consultants through complex technical implementations, including hardware deployment and system integrations
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing a services team, particularly in complex enterprise deployments
- Experience with SaaS and/or IoT/hardware implementation preferred
- Proven ability to manage escalations and executive stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with customer success CRM tools such as Gainsight
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
