Job Summary
Proactively ensuring customer satisfaction during the implementation phase, the full-time Enterprise Implementation Specialist will facilitate product adoption for Enterprise customers, assist with training webinars, and manage support inquiries, all while working remotely from Canada.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with Enterprise customers to ensure successful product adoption and long-term success
- Facilitate training webinars and manage support tickets and calls for assigned customers
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to customer renewal efforts
Required qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or relevant experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and present concepts clearly
- Experience with mobile devices and applications is a plus
- Aptitude for problem-solving and proficiency in software programs
- Expert-level knowledge of SiteDocs product support
