• Provide frontline support for EKM platform users, resolving inquiries and usage-related issues
• Enforce knowledge maturity standards and governance policies to maintain content quality
• Lead knowledge governance, managing the creation, update, and retirement of knowledge assets

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting content governance and taxonomy frameworks in enterprise environments
• 3+ years of experience in global Digital Transformation technical operations and support
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Proficiency with data governance tools
• Understanding of data platforms, analytics, and AI technologies
