Enterprise Management Office Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Management Office in the Information Technology field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of a highly reliable and effective enterprise project management office
• Align resources against strategic priorities and provide guidance on monitoring and reporting
• Drive the organization to an Agile framework and oversee the IT department's financial information

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum fifteen years of program, project, and change management experience
• Experience leading an EPMO and managing a large team of project managers
• Demonstrated success as an Agile Transformation leader in a multi-site SaaS Software Development organization
• 3+ years of Agile coaching experience and familiarity with Agile and team collaboration tools
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
