Enterprise Manager, Cybersecurity Risk

Job Summary

Leading technology and cybersecurity risk management efforts, the full-time Enterprise Manager, Cybersecurity Risk will conduct risk assessments, manage risk registers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working a hybrid schedule in Richmond, Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide technology risk assessments and manage the technology risk register
• Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments and evaluate cybersecurity controls across various domains
• Develop and deliver concise risk reporting for leadership, translating complex risks into business-relevant narratives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Risk Management, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Technology Risk, Cybersecurity Risk, IT Audit, or Risk Management
• Strong experience in conducting technology risk assessments and familiarity with IT control frameworks
• Deep understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and cybersecurity principles
• Ability to communicate technical risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders
