Job Summary

Managing the implementation experience for large enterprise clients, the full-time remote Enterprise Onboarding Consultant will oversee complex onboarding journeys for customers with 500+ locations, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for enterprise customers, from contract signature to full rollout
• Oversee a portfolio of 50+ concurrent implementations, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope
• Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders, driving proactive solutions to keep projects on track

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise onboarding, implementation, or program management, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-location implementations with a focus on customer outcomes
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and engaging with executive-level stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace
• Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and drive scalable improvements
