Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist to guide new sellers through their implementation and ensure long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new seller onboarding by guiding them through milestones and maintaining communication
• Conduct training sessions for AR teams, Sales teams, and administrators
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective handoffs

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or sales/solutions engineering, with at least 2 years in implementation or sales engineering
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and data manipulation in tools like Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with integrations, data troubleshooting, or API-based tools
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Prior involvement in process or documentation improvement
