Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Operations Center Specialist-Lead to provide senior technical and operational leadership for 24x7x365 Enterprise Operations Center services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and management leadership across enterprise tasks and technology assignments within the EOC
- Lead end-to-end incident response activities, ensuring timely coordination and communication during high-priority incidents
- Maintain and improve operational documentation and training for EOC personnel to ensure high-quality operations
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain SEC Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience managing a complex enterprise operations center
- Experience supervising operations teams and managing incident response processes
- Demonstrated experience providing technical and management leadership across enterprise tasks
- Experience coordinating the review and update of operational documentation and ensuring staff training
