Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Global Enterprise Outsourcing Services Category Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of Category Managers, defining the long-term vision for the external workforce and services ecosystem
• Partner with executive stakeholders to design global outsourcing footprints for critical functions and drive alignment on a significant portfolio
• Cultivate relationships with key market leaders to bridge internal needs with external capabilities, fostering innovation and talent access

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of strategic procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of influencing Director-level stakeholders and driving organizational change
• Deep experience in architecting global BPO/Engineering Services deals
• Expert-level knowledge of complex Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
• Ability to design a supply base that supports exponential business growth
