Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Partnerships Lead to drive national relationship strategies across strategic distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and launch strategic relationships with quoting platforms and national brokers
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop integrated go-to-market strategies and drive market activation
  • Serve as the primary contact for distribution on third-party quoting platforms and oversee execution of listing strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or health tech with a focus on partnerships or enterprise sales
  • Experience managing national broker or platform relationships
  • Strategic negotiation and contracting experience, particularly with revenue-share models
  • Familiarity with the quoting and enrollment lifecycle for level-funded or self-funded plans
  • Highly organized and data-driven with a strong execution bias
