Enterprise Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance workforce technology, the full-time remote Enterprise Platform Engineer II will build and support automations for IT processes, manage identity and access capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve employee experiences through AI-enabled solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and support automations for employee IT needs, including joiner, mover, and leaver flows
- Manage identity and access capabilities, ensuring security through SSO, MFA, and least privilege access
- Develop self-service experiences and runbooks to empower employees and support teams in resolving IT issues
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, or systems administration
- Working knowledge of identity and access concepts, including SSO and MFA
- Experience with macOS and/or Windows device management, including application packaging and compliance reporting
- Ability to script and integrate systems using APIs and workflow orchestration techniques
- Familiarity with SaaS administration and employee-facing technology platforms
