Job Summary

Leading the Enterprise Platforms function, the full-time remote AVP will manage technical and operational strategies for workflow, integration, automation, and AI platforms, ensuring effective delivery and governance across product management and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Enterprise Platforms strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning with enterprise priorities and operational needs
• Lead the Enterprise Platforms team, promoting accountability and performance excellence across product, engineering, and operations functions
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Platforms, ensuring quality execution, platform stability, and effective vendor management

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of enterprise platforms or technology leadership experience required
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• Experience managing enterprise platform ecosystems, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Boomi
• Preferred experience in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of governance and vendor management practices
