Key Responsibilities

• Provides advanced technical support for installation, configuration, and updates to enterprise applications and operating systems
• Researches, analyzes, and resolves technical issues while maintaining documented procedures for Windows Infrastructure
• Collaborates with team members and vendors to develop and improve systems, coordinating and implementing projects and tasks

Required Qualifications

• Required - Associate's Degree in Computer Science
• Preferred - Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems
• Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Required - 5-7 years of experience with server and storage hardware
