Enterprise Product Transformation Lead
Job Summary
Seeking an Executive Enterprise Product Transformation Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the transition from project-centered delivery to a sustainable, product-oriented operating model for Federal Student Aid, advising leadership and shaping governance practices across the agency.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a senior enterprise advisor to leadership on product-oriented operating models aligned to mission outcomes
- Shape and institutionalize agency-wide product governance, including decision rights and performance accountability
- Coach senior leaders and cross-functional teams on product strategy, iterative delivery, and data-informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- At least 15 years of related experience in technology or enterprise transformation
- Demonstrated success in leading transitions to product-based operating models
- Experience influencing senior executives and managing complex multi-vendor delivery ecosystems
- Strong understanding of iterative product delivery and agile methods
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder-management skills
