Enterprise Production Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a senior operational partner to the Enterprise Account Executive, the full-time remote Enterprise Production Manager will manage the production pipeline from submission to closing, ensuring efficient loan processing and a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise production pipeline, maintaining visibility and ensuring timely progression of files
• Act as the primary operational contact for the Enterprise team, resolving issues and communicating effectively with clients and partners
• Monitor pipeline performance and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in mortgage sales production, operations, or a related mortgage lending function
• Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle from lock through closing
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven production pipeline
• Experience mentoring or coaching peers and team members
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in operational matters
