Job Summary

Leading a team of project managers, the fully remote Enterprise Portfolio & Program Management Manager will drive strategic alignment and execution across a portfolio of enterprise initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes for the Sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic alignment across Sales initiatives, ensuring the portfolio supports enterprise goals
• Provide decision-ready visibility to executives, including status updates, risks, and recommended actions
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs critical to Sales performance and transformation

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise portfolios or large-scale programs, preferably in Sales or revenue-related roles
• Strong people leadership experience, including coaching and developing managers or senior professionals
• Demonstrated ability to balance Sales strategy and execution in ambiguous environments
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of portfolio, program, and project management disciplines
