Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager to lead strategic management of key enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
• Define, plan, and execute multi-year SaaS management programs aligned with client goals and strategies
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver value to key accounts

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise program/project management within the enterprise software industry
• Demonstrated expertise in building and rolling out scalable business processes for global enterprise clients
• Strong cross-functional experience in IT, Finance, Software/SaaS Asset Management, Procurement, and Vendor Management
• Proven track record of driving client success, retention, and expansion within key accounts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
