Enterprise Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Program, Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise initiative discovery by partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities and support planning decisions
• Serve as a liaison between strategic planning and functional execution teams, ensuring alignment of goals and resources
• Oversee and report the progress of Strategic Priority initiatives, keeping leadership informed and advising on changes in strategic value

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant business leadership experience required
• 5+ years of experience in all phases of project management, including leading complex projects
• Experience with program management methodologies (Agile, waterfall, SAFe)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
