Enterprise Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in communications and adherence to customer and company standards
• Oversee accurate and timely delivery of billing, documentation, and correspondence to customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and lead the collection of KPIs during Quarterly Business Reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Previous experience in project management of AV, Digital Signage, Unified Communications, or Building Technology projects; Program Management preferred
• Experience leading a team
• Ability to interpret engineering schematics and communicate design intent
• PMP Certification preferred
• Industry certifications such as CTS AVIXA or ITIL are a plus
