Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for large and complex customer deployments, the full-time remote Enterprise Implementation Program Manager will coordinate across multiple internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely delivery of enterprise implementations.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the master implementation project plan, including schedules, milestone definitions, and dependency tracking
  • Facilitate pre-sales engagement for strategic deals by assessing implementation complexity and developing preliminary implementation plans
  • Transition from project management to adoption monitoring, ensuring successful handoff to Customer Success Managers for ongoing account management
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in implementation management, program management, or professional services within B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise-tier customers
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream implementations across multiple customer stakeholder groups
  • Strong project management fundamentals, including timeline management and risk mitigation
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of running executive-level status meetings
  • Experience working in a team-based model alongside Customer Success Managers and technical resources
