Enterprise Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing enterprise-wide programs, the full-time remote Enterprise Program Manager will oversee project deliverables, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and facilitate communication across teams during product launches and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise programs aligned with management priorities
• Oversee program deliverables and maintain communication on gaps, risks, and user acceptance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile & Scrum)
• Experience managing enterprise and IT programs in a fast-paced service provider environment
• Proficiency in creating and distributing project/program plans
• Familiarity with product lifecycle and service delivery processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of Jira for project tracking and management
