Enterprise Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the success of large Dynatrace customers, the full-time remote Enterprise Program Manager will manage the deployment of Dynatrace software, provide operational guidance, and drive digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide Enterprise level Program Management services for end-to-end Dynatrace rollouts for up to 2 clients
• Align Dynatrace services with partners to ensure cohesive service delivery and successful engagement management
• Lead client meetings and presentations, defining and tracking customer goals based on business needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Dynatrace Technology Consulting or equivalent Technical Consulting experience
• Solid technical background in delivering Observability focused solutions and services
• Experience with large enterprise deployments and leading organizational initiatives
• Project management training, experience, and certification
