Enterprise Program Manager
Job Summary
To ensure a consistent experience for enterprise customers, the full-time salaried Enterprise Program Manager will manage service delivery, maintain communication standards, and partner with sales representatives to gather key performance indicators and customer data in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure consistency in communications and adherence to customer and company standards
- Oversee billing, documentation, tracking, and correspondence to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leading the accumulation of KPIs and data for Quarterly Business Reviews
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in project management of AV, Digital Signage, Unified Communications, or Building Technology projects
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to interpret engineering schematics and communicate design intent effectively
- PMP Certification preferred
- Industry certifications such as CTS AVIXA or ITIL are a plus
