Enterprise Program Manager
Job Summary
To lead the Global Website Redesign program, the full-time remote Enterprise Program Manager will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives while utilizing professional program management frameworks.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the delivery of major enterprise-wide strategic priorities, including product and country launches
- Build and maintain detailed program plans, including Gantt charts and RAIDE Registers, integrating cross-functional workstreams
- Identify and assess program risks and issues, providing guidance to project teams and ensuring adherence to established procedures
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of overall work experience in a technical discipline and 10-12 years in a program management role
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience managing and developing people
- Medical Device Program Management experience
- Agile certification and transformation experience
