Enterprise Programs Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Programs Management Associate Director who will support high-impact, cross-functional programs for enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of enterprise-wide strategic programs, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders
• Lead program planning, coordination, and delivery across interdependent workstreams
• Develop program dashboards, timelines, KPIs, and provide executive-level reporting to governance committees

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 3 years or Master's degree with 5 years or Bachelor's degree with 7 years or Associate's degree with 12 years or High school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience
• Seven plus years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or strategic business operations
• Proven background in leading cross-functional initiatives in regulated industries
• Expertise in program governance and stakeholder management
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications are highly desirable
