Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary

Bringing structure and accountability to strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Enterprise Project Manager will lead enterprise-wide projects, develop actionable plans, and partner with executive leadership to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects from planning through execution
• Develop project plans, timelines, and accountability structures while monitoring project progress
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment across stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field
• Healthcare experience required, preferably within an ASC or healthcare services organization
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to identify risks and dependencies
• Experience creating and managing project management tools and reporting frameworks
