Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing European Professional Services team, the full-time remote Enterprise Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country e-invoicing and tax compliance implementations for enterprise clients, managing stakeholder relationships and project governance from kickoff through go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise e-invoicing and tax compliance implementations across multiple EMEA countries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports while managing project scope and change orders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in enterprise SaaS implementations
• Demonstrated experience in tax compliance, e-invoicing, or regulatory technology implementations
• Proven track record managing projects for enterprise clients across multiple countries
• Experience with SAP-integrated implementations is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
