Enterprise Project Manager
Job Summary
To support the European Professional Services team, the remote Enterprise Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country e-invoicing and tax compliance implementations for enterprise clients, managing scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery for enterprise e-invoicing and tax compliance implementations across multiple EMEA countries
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing relationships from project kickoff through go-live
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively surfacing risks and driving resolutions before they escalate
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in enterprise SaaS implementations in a client-facing environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in tax compliance or regulatory technology
- Proven track record managing projects with enterprise clients across multiple countries and time zones
- Experience with SAP-integrated implementations is strongly preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Polish is advantageous
