Job Summary
Leading the development of a strategic RFP Engine, the full-time remote Enterprise Proposals Lead will define ElevenLabs' approach to major enterprise pursuits, manage a global team, and enhance the organization's capabilities in winning complex procurement processes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute strategies for pursuing major enterprise opportunities globally
- Lead and scale a global team focused on enhancing proposal processes and tooling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape winning strategies and narratives for complex deals
Required qualifications
- Substantial experience with strategic enterprise RFPs from solutions engineering or enterprise proposals leadership
- Proven ability to utilize AI and automation in workflow design and process improvement
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and mobilize diverse stakeholders
- Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking in evaluating deal opportunities
