Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Renewals Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by securing renewal contracts and collaborating on renewal strategy
- Drive smooth renewal execution and close processes, including negotiating terms and preparing renewal sales offers
- Serve as a subject matter expert on subscription management and proactively manage risks associated with renewals
Required Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity preferred
- 5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success
- Experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process
- Proficiency with MS Excel and prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
