Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Renewals Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by securing renewal contracts and collaborating on renewal strategy
  • Drive smooth renewal execution and close processes, including negotiating terms and preparing renewal sales offers
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on subscription management and proactively manage risks associated with renewals
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant industry experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management, or Customer Success
  • Experience managing SaaS Subscription renewals process
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and prior experience using Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
