Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Renewals Manager to manage customer renewals and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client renewals, ensuring timely execution of processes and contracts
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to support renewals, particularly during expansion opportunities
  • Analyze customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to improve renewal processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales portfolio management for software solutions
  • Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting to executives
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a history of achieving sales and revenue targets
