Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client renewals, ensuring timely execution of processes and contracts
- Collaborate with Account Executives to support renewals, particularly during expansion opportunities
- Analyze customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to improve renewal processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales portfolio management for software solutions
- Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and accurately forecasting to executives
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proactive and results-oriented with a history of achieving sales and revenue targets
