Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Renewals Manager to join their Client Advisory Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic renewal plans and ensure timely renewals
  • Negotiate terms and pricing while collaborating with internal stakeholders for smooth renewal processes
  • Generate renewal quotes and manage the execution of amendments and renewal documents
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS renewals, sales, customer success, or account management
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to assess contract terms and identify upsell opportunities
  • Understanding of key SaaS metrics and experience in forecasting revenue impacts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
