Job Summary
Responsible for retaining clients in their assigned book of business, the full-time remote Enterprise Renewals Manager will manage the customer renewal process, ensuring timely contract renewals while identifying upsell and downsell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all assigned customer renewals, ensuring contracts are renewed smoothly and on time
- Proactively engage customers regarding renewal terms and identify opportunities for upselling or resizing
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to renewals, focusing on customer retention
Required qualifications
- Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar field
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
