Enterprise Revenue Partner

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact between assigned clinical practices and the Enterprise Revenue Cycle, the full-time Enterprise Revenue Partner will manage billing, collection, and operational integration while providing high-quality analytics to support financial leadership in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the posting, billing, and collection processes for professional and hospital services
• Facilitate best practices and operational efficiencies aligned with strategic plans while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Deliver accurate analytics and contribute to continuous improvement within the department

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field
• A minimum of four years of experience in financial or data analysis within healthcare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle processes in a hospital or professional setting is preferred
