Enterprise Risk Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and maturation of the Enterprise Risk Management framework, the full-time Director of Enterprise Risk will collaborate with business leaders to identify, assess, monitor, and report material risks while ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap to enhance the enterprise risk management program
• Coordinate enterprise risk assessments and maintain an overview of material, emerging, and interconnected risks
• Prepare risk reporting for executive management and governance committees

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise risk management or a related field
• Strong understanding of risk governance and regulatory requirements
• Ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Relevant degree in finance, business administration, or a related discipline
